Delivery
All items come to you wrapped, looking lovely and are carefully packaged. We aim to dispatch your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability and seasonal peaks. Our delivery and packing charges are listed below. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition with packaging intact within seven days of receipt. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
